Acceptable hotel in a good location
central location many restaurants safe keeping inaccessible thermostat considerable noise uncomfortable room
The hotel location proved very central. I found many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff kept something I left in the room safe until I could retrieve it.
The room thermostat was inaccessible to me. This made the room very uncomfortable. Street noise was also considerable when I opened the windows.

small room poor soundproofing
the location was acceptable (it's quite central).
I was disappointed with the room size. It felt very cramped. the bathroom was particularly problematic with a shower door that didn't close properly, so water constantly spilled onto the floor. also, the soundproofing was poor, i could hear a lot of noise from the street below.

I appreciated the excellent location. It was easy to walk to many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room had a good-sized, clean bathroom.
The thermostat in the room was inaccessible. This made it difficult to control the temperature. Street noise was quite loud with the windows open. The heater blasted too much heat during winter.

Excellent Stay Right in Center
great location helpful staff clean room
Location was very good. It made movement around easy. The metro station was only two minutes away. Staff are friendly. Rodrigo at reception was always helpful and polite. The room was clean. I saw a nice bed. It included good wifi, hot water, and a coffee machine. I also had free bottled water and a pastel de nata. Free welcome drinks at the bar added enjoyment. The room received daily cleaning, fresh towels, and after checkout, luggage storage was available. I liked the room balcony.

clean room double glazing
the room was very clean the hotel provided double glazing windows to block street noise it worked well i found the room warm even in winter. the hotel is located excellently making travel simple
the cards did not work well for the lights it caused slight inconvenience
